This page explains how to delete the data DTF Tshirt keeps when you message us or comment on our Instagram or Facebook posts.
What we keep
When you comment on our posts or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook, our messaging app ("DTF Tshirt Mesaj") may store your public username, the text of your comment or message, and the time it was sent. We use this only to reply to you about our shirts. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything else.
How to ask us to delete it
- Email hello@dtftshirt.com with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include your Instagram or Facebook username so we can find your data.
- Or send us a direct message on Instagram (@dtftshirt) that says "delete my data".
We delete your messaging data within 30 days and confirm by email or message when it's done.
Order information
If you placed an order, some order details (like your name, address, and what you bought) must be kept for tax and accounting reasons. We'll tell you what we have to keep when you write to us. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
