Refund policy

Every shirt we sell is pressed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@dtftshirt.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before we start pressing. After that, the order is already in production.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
