返金ポリシー

No refunds once it's made, but exchanges are easy. Every shirt is pressed to order just for you. If the size isn't right or you'd like a different design, we'll exchange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print (weekdays at 3 PM CT). Email hello@dtftshirt.com with your order number right away. After that it's already being made, so we can't cancel it, but you can still exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges (within 14 days)

Email us at hello@dtftshirt.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. Send the shirt back unworn and unwashed (return shipping is on you), and as soon as it arrives we'll press a new one and ship it out.

Damaged or wrong item?

That's on us. Email hello@dtftshirt.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. No need to send anything back, we'll press a new one and ship it free.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.
