This website is operated by NOLADTF LLC, doing business as DTF Tshirt ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and orders

Our shirts are printed by hand using DTF heat transfers. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and small variations in print placement are normal for handmade items. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by the customer.

Designs and content

All designs, photos, videos, and text on this site and our social media belong to DTF Tshirt and may not be copied or resold without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
